COMPANY HISTORY:

For over 15 years Dave Adams has been building Extreme Off Road & Repair through hard work, customer service and extensive knowledge of four wheel drives. He worked for a large four wheel drive company in Fresno and finally decided that he wanted to be on his own. As of May of 2000, he officially opened Extreme Off Road & Repair.

With the support of his wife, Kris, and some assistance from his two children, Corbin and Shelby, Extreme Off Road is continuing to grow and expand. Starting with just Dave and his wife, it now employs two other full time and one part time employee.

Dave and his wife are very involved in the four wheel drive community. They belong to the California Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs and two four wheel drive clubs in the Central Valley, the Clovis Independent 4 Wheelers and Fresno Four Wheel Drive Club, with the Clovis Independents being the one that they are most active in. They have both held several officers positions in the Clovis Independents in the 13 years of being members.

Dave is also a member of the Search and rescue jeep unit. The Search and Rescue is a volunteer group that assists in looking for those who have become lost, injured, or struck with illness in the mountains.

Dave and his family also attend many four wheel drive functions through out the year from runs such as Sierra Trek, Moonlight Madness,and Niagra Rim. They also enjoy trips with their friends to local four wheel drive trails to their yearly trip to the Rubican Trail!

Their interests also stem towards riding quads, with trips to both Oceano Dunes and Dumont Dunes.
